ANICHEBE SPOILS BOURNEMOUTH PARTY

Nigerian international Victor Anichebe was in a killer mood Saturday as he fired Sunderland to away victory that left host Bournemouth counting their loses.
The former Everton forward had scored a 33rd minute goal that cut short Bournemouth celebration after homeboy Gosling Dan had shot the homers into the lead as early as the 11th minute.  It however took Anichebe only 22 minutes to cancel the lead.
He did not stop there as he equally triggered a penalty in the 74th minute which teammate Jermain Defoe did not hesitate to convert. It was however not only sweet melody for Sunderland as South African import Steven Pienaar was giving the marching orders after two yellow cards for rough tackles.
It was a tie in which Bournemouth fans at the Vitality Stadium had thought would end in a victory considering that their team maintained a 64% possession all through the duration of the match.
Anichebe who only joined Sunderland two months ago in a one year deal is scoring his first goal away for the side and looks set to get more playing under David Moyes who had brought him in as the club's 9th signing of the summer.
